The company says that WhatsApp Business users will now be able to use the quick response feature, filtering feature and ratings for the chat list. It also revealed some important figures, noting that there are about 5 million companies in the world that are continuously active in their service, 3 million for the month of April last year.

Here, companies can only press the "/" key on the keyboard to select and send a quick reply to the consumer. The labels feature allows WattsApp users to organize Chats and contacts so they can be easily found later.
Finally, the Filter feature lets you sort chats based on unread messages, groups, or lists, and remind you of the workspace available to consumers on your desktop for both Windows and Mac, while the web version can be accessed from here as well as on mobile phones.
